How to order.
Our ordering process is simple and personal. If you would like to purchase Red Ruby Devon Beef from our farm simply give us a call, or send us an email and ask us to add your details to our order book.
We finish bullocks throughout the year. When we have one ready we contact our customers who can then place orders choosing either a 1/8 or 1/4 box as either a standard or BBQ box.

Quantities and costs
We supply the following sized boxes:
1/8 box – contains approximately 50lbs
1/4 box – contains approximately 100lbs
Cost: £4.00 per Ib
Where do the cuts come from?
Click on the diagram to see where each cut of meat comes from.
A standard box contains:
- Fillet & rump steaks
- Sirloin, topside, silverside & rib for roasting
- Brisket, forequarter & ‘roasting joint’ for pot roasts
- Mince, skirt, shank, braising & stewing steak
A BBQ box contains:
- Fillet, rump, sirloin, topside, silverside & rib steaks
- Forequarter ‘minute’ steaks
- Minced beef
Payment & delivery
An invoice will be provided on delivery of your order. We accept cheque or cash payments and offer free delivery to anywhere in the UK. Our boxes are delivered chilled, vacuum packed, labelled and ready for the freezer.
